Knee Issue & Shockwave Therapy Experience

"I was recommended this clinic by my orthopedist for a knee issue. For the first few weeks, Greg Moore guided me through different PT routines that helped me feel stronger and more confident. I also received shockwave therapy; while I’m not a big fan of it, I have to admit it provided noticeable pain relief. After the third week, I switched over to Trevor, who was fantastic. He is extremely dedicated, shows genuine care for your well-being, and tailored the exercises to my needs. I especially appreciated that he emailed me home exercise routines (like homework) to keep me on track. After nearly three months, I feel much more knowledgeable and confident that following these routines will help me manage my knee pain long-term. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Moore Performance Health! "

Overcoming Plantar Fasciitis & Building Overall Strength

"I came to Greg because of a long bout with plantar fasciitis and after trying traditional PT for that. Greg not only helped resolve that issue, but went on to show me how to gain overall strength to help prevent not just plantar fasciitis but also laid a foundation for me to build strength as I age. His positivity, encouragement, compassion and skill made it worth the 40-minute drive!"

Resolving Teen Shoulder Issues

"Greg was just the man we needed to get our son’s shoulder back to health. Every other PT we saw could not get his shoulder working properly and could not pinpoint what was causing the issues. What others could not do, Greg was able to do. Thank you Greg!"

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Returning to Running After Ankle Surgery

"The one-on-one sessions are personalized to you and your recovery goals." "This is the Moore difference."

I have been a patient of Greg’s for a couple of years now and as an injury prone person, he has helped me overcome some major injuries and has given me the tools I need to prevent future injuries. I first met Greg when I sprained my knee playing ultimate frisbee in 2022. After an MRI showing nothing was torn, it was a mystery to my orthopedist as to what caused my injury and why I could not bend it or put weight on it. Greg educated me on the inner workings of the knee and was able to speculate what actually gave out on me. He showed me unique exercises to strengthen my knee and the surrounding muscles/ligaments that left me feeling stronger than I was pre-injury. When I sprained both my ankles in the fall of 2023, I started seeing Greg again as part of my recovery plan. When my right ankle lagged in recovery, it was determined that in order to achieve full recovery I would need to have my lateral ligament repaired. A surgery that I was told could take 6 months to a year for recovery. I am nearing the 4 month mark of being post surgery and I honestly do not believe I would be where I am at with my recovery if it was not for Greg. I am currently hitting milestones, like walking and now running ahead of protocol because he has given me the tools to strengthen my ankle and the rest of my leg that lost a lot of muscle during the 12 weeks I spent in a cast and boot. I have done PT at larger corporations and nothing compares to the unique setting at MPH. Greg is attentive and truly cares about his patient’s recoveries. Their wins are his wins. The one-on-one sessions are personalized to you and your recovery goals. I love the fact that each session, Greg has me doing different exercises/challenges, versus at a corporate PT location, you often do the same exercises every session, often on your own or with the help of a Tech and not your actual therapist. This is the Moore difference.

An active patient who enjoyed ultimate frisbee and other sports experienced multiple injuries over several years, including a significant knee sprain followed by injuries to both ankles. When one ankle failed to recover adequately, surgery to repair a damaged lateral ligament became necessary. Facing an anticipated recovery of six months to a year, the patient was determined to regain strength and return to an active lifestyle.

Following 12 weeks in a cast and walking boot, the patient faced considerable weakness and muscle loss. Greg developed a progressive strengthening program designed around the patient's recovery needs, incorporating varied exercises and challenges as function improved. Each session provided direct, one-on-one guidance rather than repetitive exercises performed independently.

Having previously worked with Greg through other injuries, the patient returned to Moore Performance Health for post-surgical rehabilitation. Previous experiences at larger physical therapy clinics had highlighted the value of Greg's individualized attention and willingness to adapt treatment to each stage of recovery.

By approximately four months after surgery, the patient reported reaching important rehabilitation milestones, including walking and beginning to run, ahead of the anticipated timeline. Beyond the physical progress, the patient gained greater confidence and an understanding of how to continue building strength.

Scoliosis Rehab & One-on-One Customized Care

"My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis and her doctor recommended physical therapy. Trevor has been a wonderful therapist for my daughter to work with. He is so kind and patient with her and in just a matter of weeks, relieved all of her back pain and tension. His facility is clean and filled with a wide variety of exercise equipment for her to work with. The best part about working with Trevor is that he is a dedicated trainer and only sees one patient at a time so he can fully give her the proper attention that she needs to keep her safe on the various equipment and he creates a fully customize program depending on her needs. Amazing physical therapists, ultimate professionalism. I had a great experience all around with Dr. Elliott. The facility has a great combination of space for both hands-on work as well as gym-based PT exercises. With a focus on recovery, strength-building, and activity-oriented exercises, MPHPT got me back in the game (tennis) with a road-map for healthy movement moving forward. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I highly recommend Trevor Elliott at Moore Performance Health! He has been fantastic in helping me rehab a torn meniscus and MCL injury while focusing on overall functional strength to properly support my knee. One of my goals was to get ready for an upcoming hiking trip to Utah, and Trevor has tailored my rehab and strengthening around that goal. He pushes you to do the work and challenge yourself, but never at the expense of your recovery or safety. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping his patients get back to doing the things they enjoy. I’ve really appreciated his approach and the progress I’ve made. Definitely recommend Trevor and Moore Performance Health to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy and injury rehabilitation!

Greg Moore and his team are exceptional physical therapists, and I cannot recommend them enough! I chose to rehab with Greg after hip surgery, and my recovery has been better than I could have hoped. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting his patients back to 100%. What really stands out is the individualized approach. Greg takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing, explains the reasoning behind each exercise and treatment, and adjusts the program based on how you’re progressing. I always felt like I was in good hands and that my recovery was being taken seriously. Throughout my recovery I have seen multiple PT's here and the entire team is great!

I got lucky to be recommended by my doctor to schedule with Moore Performance. Greg is amazing, he analyzed what I needed and helped guide my along the way. He understands my level of fitness and perfectly matched it with the exercises and stretches I needed. He also helped me avoid prolonging the injury by giving me tips on daily activities, even brushing my teeth 😂. Definitely recommend this establishment. I am now pain free and also equipped with the knowledge so it doesn't happen again.

Greg Edward is an outstanding Physical Therapist who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He treats the client and not the condition. Greg will create an individual treatment plan and check in with you each appointment and make adjustments accordingly. Greg is easy to talk to and genuinely listens to what you have to say. You will have a true 1:1 appointment with him working on you and guiding you through stretches and exercises. I would recommend Greg Edward to anyone who is looking for a physical therapist!

After more than a year of watching our daughter struggle with constant shoulder pain - even after surgery-we had nearly exhausted every option. We had tried many things, but no one was able to identify the underlying issue or provide lasting relief. Dr Moore changed that. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate her condition, made a diagnosis that no one else had uncovered and developed a treatment plan that finally addressed the root cause of her pain. In a very short period of time, our daughter has gone from living with daily pain to being almost completely pain free - something we honestly don’t think was possible. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Moore for his expertise and compassionate care. He has truly made a life changing difference for our daughter , and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
