1-on-1 Hip PT & ESWT Success

"I’ve had lots of experience going to PT for issues with my hip, and never really been impressed until going to Greg at MPH for doing both PT and ESWT treatment. Doing a 1 on 1 PT style, Greg worked closely with me, showing me exercises that other places never did before, and making sure that I maintained good form before doing the exercises on my own. Having the ESWT tool for a supplemental approach to working on the issues that I was having really helped with improving my condition also. His knowledge and sincere concern for doing what he can to help get me back to doing the activities that I like to do was very refreshing. If I ever need to have PT again, I’m going back to Greg."

ACL Reconstruction Recovery Plan

"Had a great experience working with Trevor Elliott for my physical therapy needs following my ACL reconstruction surgery. Trevor created the perfect recovery plan to get me back on my feet and moving again. He was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining every exercise and how it was being used to get me to the next level of recovery. It was easy to see that he truly cares about the patients that he sees and he makes you feel more like a friend than a patient. Highly recommend seeing Trevor for any of your physical therapy needs."

Avoiding Achilles Surgery via Sound Wave Therapy

"After trying physical therapy and steroid injections for my achilles tendonosis, my orthopedic doctor recommended that I consider sound wave therapy in order to avoid surgery. He cautioned me that insurance would not cover this therapy (too new) and that there were only three practitioners in the Metro Detroit area that he knew of that administered this type of therapy. He was excited for me that I agreed to consider it. He gave me Greg Moore's phone number and asked me to return to his office after I completed the six visits. I hesitated about a week before I called Greg Moore. I arranged a Saturday a.m. visit after the session, I noted that I could walk a bit faster and farther because I had less pain. By the third visit, I was descending stairs normally (except while carrying a heavy bundle.) And before my final session, I was traveling the store aisles much faster than I had been for 1 1/2 years. I am thrilled that I took a chance. I no longer believe that surgery is in my future for my achilles. I am not walking completely pain free 100% of the time, but am significantly doing better and plan to continue working on the exercises Greg recommended the first day we met."

Back to Baseball After a Year of Shoulder Pain

"I will forever be grateful to Greg for getting my son back to playing shortstop without pain!!"

After two unsuccessful courses of physical therapy, a young baseball player finally returned to shortstop without pain.

My 16 year old son started having issues with pain in his shoulder over a year ago. Unfortunately, this pain prevented him from throwing a baseball and playing the sport he loved. After working with two different physical therapists, he still had pain. We then visited a prominent orthopaedic surgeon who highly recommended seeing Greg Moore. This orthopaedic surgeon described Greg as the "guru of physical therapy". Starting PT with Greg was the BEST decision we've made. Greg's passion to help others achieve their goals is highly evident. He doesn't just bring the cookie cutter exercises to his physical therapy sessions but rather, he thinks outside the box. I will forever be grateful to Greg for getting my son back to playing shortstop without pain!! I HIGHLY recommend Greg Moore for anyone needing physical therapy.

A 16-year-old baseball player had been struggling with shoulder pain for over a year, preventing him from throwing and playing the sport he loved. Despite working with two different physical therapists, his pain persisted, leaving his family searching for answers.

Rather than relying on a standard set of exercises, Greg took a personalized, problem-solving approach to rehabilitation. He looked beyond conventional treatment routines, adapting his approach to the young athlete's specific limitations and his goal of returning to baseball.

After previous treatments failed to resolve the problem, a highly regarded orthopedic surgeon recommended Gregory Moore. The family was hopeful that a different perspective and more individualized approach could finally help their son return to baseball.

The young athlete successfully returned to playing shortstop without shoulder pain. For his family, the ability to watch him enjoy baseball again was the outcome they had been hoping for after a frustrating year of unsuccessful treatment.

Breaking the Injury Cycle for Back Pain & Soccer

"So there are physical therapists, and then there’s Greg. I’ve had a lot of sports injuries over the years and my kids have had surgeries that required physical therapy. Greg has put all of us back together and made us stronger. The great thing about Greg is he cares, he works with you and your goals. And integrates seamlessly with our physicians. Greg helped me get back to soccer after I injured my back, he taught me how to protect my back and keep it strong. I had been to two other physical therapist before Greg, and it seemed like a repeat cycle. Get hurt, get PT, play, get hurt again. Greg broke the cycle and will forever be my physical therapist. Greg, administers physical therapy at a completely different level. Would highly recommend him. Wish I could give 10 stars."

College Football Back Pain & Active Recovery

"This is the perfect place for athletes. I’ve been dealing with back pain for a while, and I needed someone to help before my college football season starts. Since going here I’ve been able to do more with my back in 2 weeks than I have in 2 months. He gets you up and moving and shows you different variations of workouts that don’t cause pain. I honestly look forward to going every week because I learn so much. It has helped me drastically and I know my body will be in the healthiest of conditions long before my season starts."

I was recommended this clinic by my orthopedist for a knee issue. For the first few weeks, Greg Moore guided me through different PT routines that helped me feel stronger and more confident. I also received shockwave therapy; while I’m not a big fan of it, I have to admit it provided noticeable pain relief. After the third week, I switched over to Trevor, who was fantastic. He is extremely dedicated, shows genuine care for your well-being, and tailored the exercises to my needs. I especially appreciated that he emailed me home exercise routines (like homework) to keep me on track. After nearly three months, I feel much more knowledgeable and confident that following these routines will help me manage my knee pain long-term. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Moore Performance Health!

Amazing physical therapists, ultimate professionalism. I had a great experience all around with Dr. Elliott. The facility has a great combination of space for both hands-on work as well as gym-based PT exercises. With a focus on recovery, strength-building, and activity-oriented exercises, MPHPT got me back in the game (tennis) with a road-map for healthy movement moving forward. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I highly recommend Trevor Elliott at Moore Performance Health! He has been fantastic in helping me rehab a torn meniscus and MCL injury while focusing on overall functional strength to properly support my knee. One of my goals was to get ready for an upcoming hiking trip to Utah, and Trevor has tailored my rehab and strengthening around that goal. He pushes you to do the work and challenge yourself, but never at the expense of your recovery or safety. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping his patients get back to doing the things they enjoy. I’ve really appreciated his approach and the progress I’ve made. Definitely recommend Trevor and Moore Performance Health to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy and injury rehabilitation!

Greg Moore and his team are exceptional physical therapists, and I cannot recommend them enough! I chose to rehab with Greg after hip surgery, and my recovery has been better than I could have hoped. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting his patients back to 100%. What really stands out is the individualized approach. Greg takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing, explains the reasoning behind each exercise and treatment, and adjusts the program based on how you’re progressing. I always felt like I was in good hands and that my recovery was being taken seriously. Throughout my recovery I have seen multiple PT's here and the entire team is great!

I got lucky to be recommended by my doctor to schedule with Moore Performance. Greg is amazing, he analyzed what I needed and helped guide my along the way. He understands my level of fitness and perfectly matched it with the exercises and stretches I needed. He also helped me avoid prolonging the injury by giving me tips on daily activities, even brushing my teeth 😂. Definitely recommend this establishment. I am now pain free and also equipped with the knowledge so it doesn't happen again.

Greg Edward is an outstanding Physical Therapist who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He treats the client and not the condition. Greg will create an individual treatment plan and check in with you each appointment and make adjustments accordingly. Greg is easy to talk to and genuinely listens to what you have to say. You will have a true 1:1 appointment with him working on you and guiding you through stretches and exercises. I would recommend Greg Edward to anyone who is looking for a physical therapist!

After more than a year of watching our daughter struggle with constant shoulder pain - even after surgery-we had nearly exhausted every option. We had tried many things, but no one was able to identify the underlying issue or provide lasting relief. Dr Moore changed that. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate her condition, made a diagnosis that no one else had uncovered and developed a treatment plan that finally addressed the root cause of her pain. In a very short period of time, our daughter has gone from living with daily pain to being almost completely pain free - something we honestly don’t think was possible. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Moore for his expertise and compassionate care. He has truly made a life changing difference for our daughter , and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
