Speedy Calf Injury Recovery for First Responders

"A firefighter friend of mine recommended Greg for physical therapy after I injured my Calf muscle. Greg wasted no time and immediately began treatment. Greg also showed me various Exercises that strengthened my calf muscles. Within two weeks I was up and running again without issue. Greg is well known in the firefighter and law-enforcement community and has helped many. I am truly thankful to Greg and his expertise which resulted in a speedy recovery to my injury."

You're my guy Ray. You thrive on the workouts and pick things up fast. That makes it a lot of fun to design programming. Keep it up my dude!- Greg

Transitioning from Achilles PT to Personal Training

"Can I give more than 5 stars? Working with Trevor has been exactly what I needed, and so much more. I started with physical therapy due to an Achilles issue. Once my rehab was complete, I transitioned over to personal training because I did not want to stop my progress towards overall health. Trevor does a fantastic job of really listening, making adjustments instantly, and always tailoring individual exercises and the workout as a whole to help achieve maximal effects. I love knowing that I can trust Trevor to help me get a little stronger each day, always with an eye on both where I am now and what is possible in the future. "

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Two ACL Recoveries and a Better Understanding of the Knee

"I truly do not believe that I would be where I am today without him."

After tearing both ACLs, a patient worked through two complicated recoveries with Greg and came away stronger and better informed.

I've torn both my ACLs and seen Greg as my therapist each time and I truly do not believe that I would be where I am today without him. Each recovery really sucked with unavoidable complications that really made healing hard. Greg's insight and creativity working around the problems after learning they weren't going away really helped my rehabilitation. The unique exercises he offered to help with strength building but also didn't hurt my knees really made me feel listened to and cared about. Even though I can't say I am fully healed yet due to the complications, he has truly kept me motivated and the reason I keep working towards my rehab goals. Finally, a great bonus to being great at physical therapy, is he's an amazing teacher who is perfect at explaining any questions and all the details of what is happening biomechanically regarding injuries and treatment. Not only has my knees improved since seeing him but I am much more educated on the biomechanics on my knees and physical therapy in general. Side note don't be fooled by the lack of creativity from the business name, him naming the business just his last name, he's actually a pretty smart fella and I'd recommend anyone to G mo. 😎

This patient tore both ACLs and worked with Greg through each recovery. Both recoveries came with unavoidable complications that made healing especially difficult.

Greg introduced unique exercises that built strength without aggravating the patient's knees, which left them feeling listened to and cared about. He also explained the biomechanics behind each injury and treatment, answering every question along the way.

When it became clear the complications were not going away, Greg changed course. He used insight and creativity to work around the problems instead of following a standard protocol.

The patient's knees have improved, and they understand their knees and physical therapy far better than before. While not fully healed yet because of the complications, they credit Greg with keeping them motivated and working toward their rehab goals.

Shockwave Therapy

Walking Without Pain After 2½ Years

"Four sessions later and I feel like a new person! For the first time in 2 1/2 years, I can walk without pain!"

Persistent pain after surgery had resisted several treatments. Four shockwave sessions made a remarkable difference in this patient's experience.

I saw Greg for shockwave therapy 2 1/2 years after a lower leg/foot injury/surgery because I had soft tissue issues that were simply not going away, no matter what type of PT, strength training, and Massage Therapy that I tried. Even after one session, I noticed significant improvement! Four sessions later and I feel like a new person! For the first time in 2 1/2 years, I can walk without pain! Greg is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

Following a lower-leg and foot injury that required surgery, a patient continued to struggle with persistent soft tissue pain for two and a half years. Despite trying traditional physical therapy, strength training, and massage therapy, the symptoms remained, making something as basic as walking uncomfortable.

Greg incorporated shockwave therapy to address the patient's persistent soft tissue symptoms. This noninvasive treatment offered an alternative approach after more conventional rehabilitation efforts had failed to provide lasting improvement.

After years of unsuccessful treatment, the patient sought out Gregory Moore for extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), hoping a different treatment approach might finally provide relief.

The patient noticed significant improvement after just one treatment. Following four sessions, the improvement was dramatic: for the first time in two and a half years, the patient reported being able to walk without pain.

I was recommended this clinic by my orthopedist for a knee issue. For the first few weeks, Greg Moore guided me through different PT routines that helped me feel stronger and more confident. I also received shockwave therapy; while I’m not a big fan of it, I have to admit it provided noticeable pain relief. After the third week, I switched over to Trevor, who was fantastic. He is extremely dedicated, shows genuine care for your well-being, and tailored the exercises to my needs. I especially appreciated that he emailed me home exercise routines (like homework) to keep me on track. After nearly three months, I feel much more knowledgeable and confident that following these routines will help me manage my knee pain long-term. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Moore Performance Health!

Amazing physical therapists, ultimate professionalism. I had a great experience all around with Dr. Elliott. The facility has a great combination of space for both hands-on work as well as gym-based PT exercises. With a focus on recovery, strength-building, and activity-oriented exercises, MPHPT got me back in the game (tennis) with a road-map for healthy movement moving forward. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Greg Moore and his team are exceptional physical therapists, and I cannot recommend them enough! I chose to rehab with Greg after hip surgery, and my recovery has been better than I could have hoped. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting his patients back to 100%. What really stands out is the individualized approach. Greg takes the time to understand what you’re experiencing, explains the reasoning behind each exercise and treatment, and adjusts the program based on how you’re progressing. I always felt like I was in good hands and that my recovery was being taken seriously. Throughout my recovery I have seen multiple PT's here and the entire team is great!

I got lucky to be recommended by my doctor to schedule with Moore Performance. Greg is amazing, he analyzed what I needed and helped guide my along the way. He understands my level of fitness and perfectly matched it with the exercises and stretches I needed. He also helped me avoid prolonging the injury by giving me tips on daily activities, even brushing my teeth 😂. Definitely recommend this establishment. I am now pain free and also equipped with the knowledge so it doesn't happen again.

Greg Edward is an outstanding Physical Therapist who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He treats the client and not the condition. Greg will create an individual treatment plan and check in with you each appointment and make adjustments accordingly. Greg is easy to talk to and genuinely listens to what you have to say. You will have a true 1:1 appointment with him working on you and guiding you through stretches and exercises. I would recommend Greg Edward to anyone who is looking for a physical therapist!

After more than a year of watching our daughter struggle with constant shoulder pain - even after surgery-we had nearly exhausted every option. We had tried many things, but no one was able to identify the underlying issue or provide lasting relief. Dr Moore changed that. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate her condition, made a diagnosis that no one else had uncovered and developed a treatment plan that finally addressed the root cause of her pain. In a very short period of time, our daughter has gone from living with daily pain to being almost completely pain free - something we honestly don’t think was possible. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Moore for his expertise and compassionate care. He has truly made a life changing difference for our daughter , and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
